FOR THOUGHT LEADERS AND PRACTITIONERS
Help valuable thinking reach the situations where it can make a difference.
Sense Makers draws on attributed public work and is building carefully selected relationships with thinkers, researchers, method owners, experienced practitioners and skilled facilitators. People contribute in different ways: some help organisations understand what is changing, while others help them apply that intelligence and turn it into action. This is not an open directory, bidding marketplace or place to buy visibility. The aim is to understand what people genuinely contribute, the situations in which that contribution is useful and the evidence or authority behind it.
Different forms of contribution
Framing and insight
Some people identify emerging patterns, produce authoritative research or give leaders better ways to understand what is changing.
Methods and practical application
Some develop or apply structured approaches that help organisations frame problems, make strategic choices, redesign work or translate ideas into action.
Facilitation and process leadership
Some excel at bringing the right people together, drawing out tacit knowledge, challenging assumptions and helping groups make difficult decisions.
Specialist delivery
Some bring deep experience in a particular challenge, industry, technology, geography or organisational setting.
Many people contribute across more than one of these areas.
Why contribute
Be understood for your actual contribution
Sense Makers is interested in what you help organisations achieve, the situations in which your experience applies and the evidence behind your work, not simply your title or follower count.
Put your thinking in context
Relevant published work, field observations, methods and case experience may be attributed and brought forward when they can help someone understand a live challenge.
Meet better-framed opportunities
Where a situation requires human involvement, the objective is to create a better-qualified conversation: a clearer challenge, useful context and a stronger view of what the organisation needs.
Contribute to a more useful professional ecosystem
Sense Makers is interested in whom credible people respect, what they respect them for and how serious thinking connects to capable execution. Participation may include helping us discover other valuable contributors.

How involvement works
Register your interest
Tell us about the challenges you address, the contribution you make and the evidence behind it.
We review the fit
We consider the relevance, authority and practical basis of the contribution. Where useful, we may ask for a conversation, source material, case evidence or references.
The relationship is made explicit
Attribution, contribution, referral and delivery are different relationships. We will not imply endorsement, availability or commercial involvement without agreement.
Relevant opportunities can develop
This may involve attributed insight, a conversation, a facilitated session, specialist delivery or collaboration. Registration does not guarantee inclusion or work.
